What does RallyPro actually do? +

Two things. First, it auto-trims any padel match clip into just the rallies — drop in a 60-min phone recording, get back a 25-min cut without the dead time. Second, you can send that clip to a coach for a structured review with inline comments and a real assessment.

Do I need a special camera or tripod? +

A phone propped on a chair works for most clips. The detector handles iPhone clips on a corner-floor mount and traditional full-court fixed cameras alike. For the cleanest output, set the phone landscape, on a stable surface, with the whole court in frame.

How accurate is the rally detection? +

Around 70% of rallies are detected with their boundaries roughly right on a typical match clip. The dashboard's manual editor lets you split, merge, or trim any rally with one click — that's the human-in-the-loop step. Shot classification (smash vs víbora vs bandeja) is rougher today and benefits more from manual labelling, which we use to train better models over time.

What's the difference between auto-trim and a coach review? +

Auto-trim is mechanical: keep the rallies, drop the dead time. A coach review is judgement: a real coach watches your trimmed match and tells you what they saw — your level, what you're doing well, what to fix, and how. Auto-trim is free on your first match, then included with Pay-per-upload (AED 25 per match) or Player Pro (AED 99/mo unlimited). Coach review is paid per match (AED 110) and only when you want it.

How long does processing take? +

Usually 1-3 minutes for a 30-minute clip on our cloud workers. Longer matches scale roughly linearly. You'll see live progress on the dashboard while the rally detector, court geometry, and shot classifier run.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime? +

Yes — cancel from the account page in one click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate, and we don't refund unused months. Coach reviews you've already paid for stay accessible regardless of subscription status.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Card payments via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Apple Pay and local UAE cards roll out as Stripe finalises configuration for our region. During the closed beta we invoice manually; once Stripe is live every charge happens in-app.

How are coaches verified? +

During the closed beta we manually onboard each coach — credentials, playing/coaching history, a couple of sample reviews. As the marketplace grows we'll layer in player ratings, sample-review previews, and identity-verified payouts via secure bank transfer.

What if a shot is mislabeled? +

Click the type to relabel it, or delete it, or add a missing one. Every correction is recorded as ground-truth data we use to train better models — your edits make RallyPro more accurate over time, not just for you, but for everyone.

Where is my data stored? Can I delete it? +

Your videos are stored securely. We're moving to a UAE-region cloud at launch so all data stays in the region for our GCC users. Pro-tier content is retained for 90 days unless you keep it longer. You can delete any match (and its trimmed cuts) from the dashboard at any time. Your video is never shown to other users without a coach review request — and a coach you've shared with sees only that match.

Is RallyPro available outside the UAE / KSA? +

The closed beta is GCC-focused; we'll open Europe next as the coaching marketplace fills out. Reach out via the dashboard if you're outside the GCC and want early access.
