Terms of Service
1. What RallyPro is
RallyPro is a padel video service. It helps you turn your match recordings into highlights and connect with coaches for video reviews.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use RallyPro. By signing in you confirm you meet that requirement and that the email you use is yours.
3. Changes to the service
Anyone can create an account. We may add, change, or remove features at short notice. Service availability is not guaranteed and there is no uptime SLA.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of every video you upload. You grant RallyPro a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to (a) you, (b) any coach you have explicitly requested a review from, and (c) RallyPro operators for support and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not sell your videos, and we do not share clips with third parties without your instruction.
5. Acceptable use
- You may upload videos that you filmed or have permission to film. Don't upload broadcast or streamed footage you don't have rights to.
- Don't upload content that is illegal, harassing, or that depicts minors in a context RallyPro isn't designed for.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
6. Pricing
Subscriptions and optional purchases are handled by Apple in the iOS app or Google Play in the Android app. The app shows the price, billing period, benefits and any trial terms before you confirm. Under the subscription upload model, paid RallyPro Basic and RallyPro Plus include unlimited uploads, subject to the app's per-video limits and acceptable-use rules.
An eligible free trial begins when you confirm it through the store. The store shows its duration and the monthly price that will apply automatically after the trial unless you cancel through that store. Any trial upload allowance is shown separately in the app: one set represents 30 minutes, with footage metered by rounded-up minutes. Using the allowance pauses further uploads until paid access begins; it does not bring your billing date forward. Changing the allowance does not reduce an active trial's promised allowance.
When trial or paid access ends, new uploads require a subscription, while existing clips remain viewable until their own expiry dates. Gifted Save your moments and RallyPro IQ tokens never expire and do not require an active subscription to redeem on an eligible clip. Each token covers one eligible clip for its named benefit. Saved moments preserve selected rallies and tagged shots, rather than the complete original video.
Accounts still using the earlier sets model retain the allowance and terms shown in their account until migration. Previously purchased set balances retain their existing promise; any individual migration arrangement is communicated directly. Historical set purchases remain recorded even when packs are no longer offered for sale.
7. Match storage
The app shows the retention period before upload. Under the subscription upload model, new Basic and trial clips are kept for 30 days from upload, and new Plus clips for 90 days. Saved moments have a separate retention period, currently one year from the save. Token expiry and saved-video expiry are different: an unused gifted token never expires, while the moments it saves have the stated retention period.
Existing clips keep their original retention promise, including those uploaded under earlier plans. A plan change or cancellation does not shorten that promise. We warn you before match videos are removed, and changes to retention settings apply to future uploads. Grandfathered clips without an expiry remain protected. You can download available videos or delete your own clips in the app.
8. If something goes wrong with a review
If a coach declines or can't complete your review, you're welcome to request another. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google (depending on where you bought them) and refunds are subject to their policies. If you're unhappy with a completed review, contact us at hi@rallypro.io within 14 days and we'll make it right.
9. Coaches
Coaches are independent contractors, not RallyPro employees. We verify coaching credentials at onboarding but do not guarantee any specific quality, depth, or turnaround time of a review. Coaches are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations.
10. Termination
You can stop using RallyPro at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account instantly in the iOS app (Profile → Delete Account); email requests are processed within 7 working days.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Automated features are not perfect, so review your trimmed clips before relying on them. RallyPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
RallyPro is operated by an individual based in the United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute that can't be resolved by email will be heard in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
