Terms of Service
1. What RallyPro is
RallyPro is a padel video service. It helps you turn your match recordings into highlights and connect with coaches for video reviews.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use RallyPro. By signing in you confirm you meet that requirement and that the email you use is yours.
3. Changes to the service
Anyone can create an account. We may add, change, or remove features at short notice. Service availability is not guaranteed and there is no uptime SLA.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of every video you upload. You grant RallyPro a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to (a) you, (b) any coach you have explicitly requested a review from, and (c) RallyPro operators for support and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not sell your videos, and we do not share clips with third parties without your instruction.
5. Acceptable use
- You may upload videos that you filmed or have permission to film. Don't upload broadcast or streamed footage you don't have rights to.
- Don't upload content that is illegal, harassing, or that depicts minors in a context RallyPro isn't designed for.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
6. Pricing
Match analysis is charged in sets — one set covers up to 30 minutes of footage, and uploads are metered by the minute. Sets, coach reviews, and the RallyPro Plus subscription are purchased through Apple (iOS app) or Google Play (Android app); the price is always shown before you buy. Set packs you purchase never expire. Free monthly sets and the sets included with a subscription period reset when the period ends. We'll give existing users plenty of notice before any change to how the web app works.
7. Match storage
Your match videos are stored for a period that depends on how the upload was funded, and the exact period is always shown in the app before you upload. Matches covered by your free monthly sets are currently kept for 30 days; matches covered by purchased or subscription sets for 90 days. Saved moments — the highlight rallies and tagged shots you save — are kept on their own, longer clock (currently one year from the save). We will warn you in the app before any match video is removed, and a change to a storage period never shortens a promise you already have: changes apply only to future uploads. Matches uploaded before this policy took effect are not subject to automatic removal. You can download your videos at any time, and deleting a video yourself is always available.
8. If something goes wrong with a review
If a coach declines or can't complete your review, you're welcome to request another. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google (depending on where you bought them) and refunds are subject to their policies. If you're unhappy with a completed review, contact us at hi@rallypro.io within 14 days and we'll make it right.
9. Coaches
Coaches are independent contractors, not RallyPro employees. We verify coaching credentials at onboarding but do not guarantee any specific quality, depth, or turnaround time of a review. Coaches are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations.
10. Termination
You can stop using RallyPro at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account instantly in the iOS app (Profile → Delete Account); email requests are processed within 7 working days.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Automated features are not perfect, so review your trimmed clips before relying on them. RallyPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
RallyPro is operated by an individual based in the United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute that can't be resolved by email will be heard in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
